
Avenue-IMC offers a consultancy based service. Our service is critically supported by the network of implementing agencies and individuals we work with on projects.
This means that Avenue-IMC’s consultation service includes the selection, appointment, procurement and management of third party suppliers. The approach is designed to ensure that the supply base meets the client’s project objectives based on expertise, budget and timeframes, as well as the client’s procurement policy.
Our aim is to ensure that the client enjoys expertise in each individual area of marketing & communications implementation.
Our third party supplier procurement policy is based on the following criteria:
- Client Procurement Policy - what client procurement guideline should we adhere to?
- Avenue-IMC partners - how can we optimise buying power with our relationship suppliers to the benefit of the client’s budget?
- Synergies - how can the project benefit from the added value of suppliers and partners who have a philosophy, approach or network reach aligned with the client’s needs and objectives?
- Pricing - we are constantly working toward closing the gap between quality service providers and affordable service providers.
- Supplier Location - we prefer to utilize a supply base that supports the local economic development of the client’s operations area and/or target market area.
